How we operate
Prints: Photographs are printed in France on high-quality Fine Art Hahnemühle or Epson paper in a laboratory specialized in artistic photography. They are meticulously made to ensure long-lasting beauty and preservation, and long-term durability. Prints are sold frameless and printed without borders.
Process: After you place your order, we will begin the process of printing and preparing your order for shipping. All prints are verified, signed and numbered by Valentin Petiard, limited to 30 copies and come with a certificate of authenticity. The prints are packed and shipped in blister packs in a quality rigid envelope or rigid postal tube for secure delivery. This process usually takes up to a few work days. Please note that in exceptional and rare cases, it can be longer.
Delivery: We offer free shipping worldwide. Shipping will be done with parcel tracking. Delivery times for prints vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please note that delivery in Metropolitan France is usually within 2-4 work days after being sent while it can be up to 7 work days in Europe and up to 12 work days for international deliveries.
